We are looking for a 3D/Technical Artist for new products. With a strong team spirit and a love for materials, you will take care of the creation and maintenance of substance materials, filters and content.

ROLE

  • Create and maintain realistic (from references) or stylized materials using Substance
  • Create and maintain effect filters using Substance
  • Optimize created assets (materials and filters) for both pre-render and real-time
  • Be part of an agile and multi-profile team [dev, UI, UX, QA, ...]
  • Work on a daily basis with developers, product designers, UX and QA experts in order to improve existing products based on your usage


REQUIREMENTS

  • Good practice with Allegorithmic Substance suite (mainly Substance Designer)
  • Create high quality textures/materials
  • Familiarity with PBR rendering and materials
  • Familiarity common image processing treatments and their implementation.
  • Proficient with at least one 3D modeling software (ex: 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush, etc.)
  • Ability to create from concept or reference
  • Ability to focus on details in order to favor the user experience
  • Open and responsive to guidance, review notes and constructive feedback
  • Altruist (everyone is as important as you)


PLUSES

  • Familiarity with node based editors
  • Practice of Agile methods
  • Experienced with customers' feedback and support
  • Experience with high level programming languages
