ROLE

  • Embrace Agile methodologies with full transparency and cooperation, development sprints and frequent releases
  • Work with developers, product designers, UX and QA experts to craft amazing products
  • Be a part of a small, autonomous, and empowered development team
  • Participate in a highly-collaborative, inspiring creative environment
  • Write down the user stories and groom the backlog
  • Synchronize the development team, product managers and designers, the rest of the company, as well as testers, users and customers
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the products


REQUIREMENTS

  • Practice of Agile methods
  • Experience as a Agile coach or Product Owner
  • Knowledge of asset production development processes
  • Experienced with customers’ feedback and support
  • Notions of development techniques to interact efficiently with developers
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA


PLUSES

  • Knowledge of Lean and LeanUX methods
  • Game Industry Experience
  • Knowledge of Digital Content Creation Tools and Game Engines
  • Frequent user of 2D/3D content authoring software
